Joined Investment Industry in 1998
Michael Aherne is the fund manager responsible for managing our Asia High Yield Equity fund. He has extensive experience in the industry having joined the firm (as Hibernian Investment Managers) in 1998. Michael previously held the position of Portfolio Risk Manager with responsibility for developing and managing investment risk management activities within Aviva Investors, Ireland. He also serves as a member of the Asset Allocation team which determines the investment strategy for our clients funds.
Michael hold a B.Sc. i Airgeadais, Ríomhaireacht agus Fiontraíocht(Finance, IT and Enterprise) from Dublin City University and also acquired a M.Sc. in Investment and Treasury, also from DCU.
